When?
Expected blocks and expected time translate network share into a timescale.
Solo-mining probability
BlockLuck translates your hashrate and validated proof-of-work network state into understandable odds, expected time, and probability landmarks.

The question
Small percentages are difficult to reason about. BlockLuck presents the same probability through several useful lenses, so a result has context.
Market price can appear alongside the calculation. It never changes the mining probability.
Expected blocks and expected time translate network share into a timescale.
A familiar representation of a small probability, without implying a guaranteed outcome.
The time needed to reach these cumulative probability levels at the same hashrate.
These are descriptions of calculator outputs, not live mining results.
The accuracy contract
BlockLuck is fail-closed. Required provider disagreement, stale state, malformed values, future-dated data, or upstream failure suppresses precise-looking odds.
Validation includes server checks, independent reconciliation where available, atomic snapshots, and browser freshness checks.
“Certified” describes a supported calculation path. “Live” describes the current evidence. These labels explain the product; they do not report a live connection here.
Current project coverage
The current certified engine covers 17 unique proof-of-work coins across 21 mining paths.
Bitcoin, BCH, BSV, Radiant, and other supported paths use their required work model instead of a generic displayed-hashrate shortcut.
SHA-256d, Scrypt, Skein, Qubit, and Odocrypt retain algorithm-specific opportunity and difficulty state.
Special reward models, hybrid consensus, BlockDAGs, shards, and workshares stay out of published odds until their model is defensible.

Calculation principles
Results appear only after the user explicitly chooses Calculate.
Network metrics, price context, events, probabilities, and update time belong to the same validated snapshot.
Coin adapters translate chain state into expected work. The shared probability engine handles the math.
Active development
Coverage grows when each calculation path meets the same live-data and reconciliation standard. Research-only paths stay out of published odds until they are ready.
