1. Product
SavePulse for Qlik ("SavePulse") is an independent Chrome extension that assists compatible Qlik Cloud comment/note workflows by triggering an existing on-screen Qlik Save control after a supported field changes and the user leaves it.
2. No affiliation with Qlik
SavePulse is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or provided by Qlik.
3. Compatibility
Qlik environments may be customized.
SavePulse was directly tested against the Qlik Cloud environment available during development. SavePulse includes Known Mode, Teach SavePulse, and conservative Smart Detection to support compatible variations, but compatibility with every Qlik configuration, customization, app, extension, deployment type, or future Qlik update is not guaranteed.
4. User responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- confirming that SavePulse is appropriate for their organization's workflow and policies;
- reviewing important notes/records as required by their organization;
- maintaining their own access to Qlik;
- complying with organizational confidentiality, security, and records requirements;
- not sharing confidential data with SavePulse Support unnecessarily.
SavePulse is a convenience tool and should not be treated as a substitute for required business controls, record verification, backups, or Qlik's own functionality.
5. Save behavior
SavePulse triggers an existing Qlik Save control when its compatibility logic determines that doing so is appropriate.
SavePulse does not control Qlik's servers and cannot guarantee that Qlik ultimately accepts, persists, synchronizes, or retains every save.
If SavePulse cannot safely identify the appropriate Save control, it may stop and request setup instead of guessing.
6. Availability and updates
SavePulse may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Qlik updates or customization changes may require SavePulse compatibility updates or re-teaching.
7. Support
Support may attempt to help adapt SavePulse to compatible Qlik layouts. Support does not guarantee that every unsupported layout can be added.
If screenshots are requested for troubleshooting, users must remove or obscure confidential and sensitive information before sending them.
8. Privacy
Use of SavePulse is subject to the SavePulse Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SavePulse is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every environment.
